Chico!

This weekend I flew up to Northern California to visit my dear friend Natalie! The best part of this trip was that it was a surprise visit! With the help of Adria, Mrs. Palmer, and Megan, we all managed to keep my visit a secret for months! I surprised her by showing up at a family dinner on Thursday evening, It was epic! Thankfully, Natalie's cousin recorded it.

Here's the thrilling moment! :)

This trip has be spectacular and I've enjoyed every second of it! Northern California is beautiful and spending time with Natalie is priceless. I hope to come back soon.
Here's some of the pictures we've taken over the weekend.

Little Wonders.

It’s snowing! I'm sure you’ve heard this before, but it’s beautiful. I’ve been worrying about so much lately, but while driving home tonight as the clean sparkles of snow bounced off my windshield God reminded me of how powerful and caring he is. It’s so sweet how he shows up sometimes. I still don’t have a direct answer on what to do, but I know that one will come in time. Until then, I’ll keep watching and waiting, treasuring the snowy atmosphere and it’s reminder of how God has washed me white as snow.

“Grace tells us that we are accepted just as we are. We may not be the kind of people we want to be, we may be a long way from our goals, we may have more failures than achievements, we may not be wealthy or powerful or spiritual, we may not even be happy, but we are nonetheless accepted by God, held in his hands. Such is his promise to us in Jesus Christ, a promise we can trust.”
-McCullough

Dear 2011, I have great expectations for you!

Confession: I’m not exactly a fan of new year’s resolutions. So instead of making a promise to myself that I probably won't keep, I’d like to make a list of goals for this next year. Most of them are silly, and I know they might not all happen, but I think it will be fun to go back and cross them off if they do. I’ll even try to post pictures of them as the year progresses!
So with that, I’d like to present the bucket list for 2011!
